When studying. I try to keep things short, simple and effective. I usually use a few trigger words to help me with areas I don’t remember well. For the most part, I read and make sure I understand the material. I guess we all have to do what works best for each of us. So here’s my contribution to this week’s discussion board. I hope it helps someone.
- Battery by default; see it coming it’s assault.
- Libel is read, slander is said.
- Negligence…Duty, breach, prox cause, damages
- Appropriation – impersonation
- False light – make me look bad
- False imprisonment – No dignified way out
